By now, you’ve likely heard of, or maybe even participated in, the Whole30 craze. A craze it is indeed, for good reason! It’s an awesome way to clean up your body and reboot. I completed my first Whole30 last April (30 days of clean eating = no inflammatory or processed foods for a month = good good feelings all around). During my 30 days of wholeness, I tracked every single thing I ate, from mini bites to humongo meals.
